Remember, when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist and God spoke His blessing, it was then that Jesus was led into the wilderness to be tempted for 40 days and 40 nights - in biblical terms that means a long time. He was hungry and thirsty and that's when the tempter came. Prayer - Lord, give us the power to make it through this wilderness called the world. Give us Your strength to run the race to the end.
